Back pain during menstruation
Many women suffer from painful menstruation. As your days approach, your body gives you clear signals. The back, abdomen, head hurts, there is nausea, in the worst case, for 1-2 days you writhe in convulsions. Analgesics may already be commonplace. Part of the trouble is certainly caused hormonally. However, little is known that problems such as back, abdominal and head pain during your days are closely related to the problem hidden in the musculoskeletal system, which is noticeably manifested only at the time of menstruation.
If you have these difficulties during menstruation, it is a sign that something is wrong in the area of your pelvis, loins, spine, although you do not normally suffer from these difficulties. The function of internal organs and the musculoskeletal system is closely interrelated. At the moment when the uterus is massively perfused, unnecessary and begins to bleed, these changes inside seem to decompensate the (otherwise compensated) problem on the surface and the pain resounds. If the movement problem is worked on, the problems usually disappear completely or mostly. The results are surprisingly fast in these cases. To do this, targeted work is required, which leads to the adjustment of muscle tension, primarily in the pelvic area.
Pain during menstruation will naturally knock you out of your physical activities for a day or two. Even those of you who do not suffer from any problems during menstruation, so give yourself one or two days more freely. Instead, crawl into bed with a book and let your body rest.
